By using CalAssist, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CalAssist is a scheduling and meeting-intelligence platform that helps users:

• Manage calendar events
• Prepare for meetings
• Capture meeting notes and action items
• Track commitments and follow-ups

CalAssist does not replace user judgment and should not be relied upon as the sole source of decision-making.

3. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access CalAssist services. Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Accuracy of information
• Activities under their account

4. Calendar Integrations

CalAssist may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar or Microsoft365. By connecting a calendar account, users authorize CalAssist to:

• View calendar events
• Create or modify events upon user request
• Analyze scheduling patterns

Users may revoke this access at any time through their Google account permissions.

5. AI-Assisted Features

CalAssist provides AI-generated:

• Summaries
• Recommendations
• Scheduling assistance

Important:

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies
• Users must review and confirm actions
• CalAssist does not make autonomous decisions without user approval

6. Data Handling

CalAssist processes data using:

• Pseudonymization
• Tokenization
• Secure internal systems

Personally identifiable data is not exposed to third-party AI systems.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use CalAssist for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate proprietary systems

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, architecture, and proprietary technology associated with CalAssist remain the property of Kole Digital Solutions Ltd.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

9. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of CalAssist may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms may include:

• Monthly billing
• Annual billing with discount
• Per-seat pricing for team accounts

Users may cancel subscriptions according to the billing terms provided at the time of purchase.

10. Service Availability

CalAssist strives to maintain high service reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or infrastructure issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalAssist shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss resulting from third-party integrations
• Decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions

12. Termination

CalAssist may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may terminate their account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

14. Changes to Terms

CalAssist may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
